In the living room there is a double sofa bed and a bathroom with shower, while the double bedroom is located on the first floor of the house.

On the first floor there is a small passage room with two sofa beds and a double bedroom with a bathroom with toilet without shower. In the kitchen we find satellite TV, a dishwasher and a furnishing fireplace. Outside is accessed via a side exit to the kitchen. A small private internal courtyard to the apartment, where there are outdoor tables and chairs.
The Spaccetto
This apartment is located on the ground floor. It consists of a kitchen equipped with an oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and a wooden countertop. You will have everything you need to cook dishes inspired by Tuscan cuisine! The very large living room, of about 40 sq m, consists, upon entering, of a sofa bed with a television and further on, a nice table with chairs and a bookcase. The living room leads to the double bedroom and the nearby bathroom, which is windowless but spacious and equipped with a shower and a bidet. You will have at your disposal a private shaded outdoor area in front of the apartment with tables and chairs so you can eat outdoors, but also 2 sun loungers for sunbathing or simply relaxing and enjoying the tranquility of the place. All on 70 square meters. And if you want to cool off, you will have access to the beautiful and large village pool which is located 200 meters from the apartment.
